The UK National Lottery replaced the Lotto Extra game with Dream Number. Dream Number proves to be more popular than Lotto Extra and with a large jackpot of 500,000 pounds, along with six tiers of smaller awards.
Other lotto games within the UK National Lottery allow you to pick your own numbers, randomly. With Dream Number, your numbers are selected for you. Once you pay for your ticket, you will receive your random dream number, which consists of a number between o and 9. You can choose the number for the set amount of weeks you wish to play. In other words, when you buy the ticket you can decide to play the number for one week up to eight consecutive weeks, whatever the amount of time you pick.
The next step is to just sit back and wait for your Dream Number to be drawn. The way you win is by getting as many digits of the Dream Number selected in the order that they appear on the ticket. For example, if you purchase a Dream Number of 6347690, then you will need the number 6 to be drawn first, the number 3 to be drawn second, the number 4 to be drawn third, etc… until you have all seven digits drawn. Thus, the more digits you have in the correct order, the higher the jackpot you win.
There is nothing difficult about the Dream Number lottery game. Rather, it is simply, buying a ticket and allowing probability to hopefully work in your favor. At least if you do not win, then you won’t beat yourself up with the “if only I picked an 8 or whatever number you needed to win.
